In the last 4 games against the Red Sox the Yankees are 4-0 and the starters are 3-0 with a 1.44 ERA on 26 strikeouts while walking only 9 and giving up only 1 homerun. This was the teams 8th victory in a row, the Yankees are now tied in the loss column with the Sox.
The world wide leader of crap and sports bias keeps leading with the stupid football soap opera. (Programming pretty lame lately) Now if the Yanks would have lost the game 10-3 today that would have been the lead. Funny how thinks work at CT, where are all the experts that buried the Yanks. Can I here them all one by one please?
Now before we start talking junk and start making plans for October. They need to get in first place and over take both the Sox and the Rays.
Cano on Fire
We all know that Robi is a second half player but this is ridiculous. In the last 7 games Cano is.

Nothing like four days off in the Dominican to help you recharge the batteries. Having Cano this hot has meant that the Yankees do not need to rely on the bottom part of the order to come through.
Lets hope that he continues his tear.

Damaso Marte pitched to only one player today, but that player was David Ortiz with two runners on. Lets see how long it takes for him to be hated by the Yankees faithful.
